This mixed-use complex demonstrates Taylor & Boyd’s ability to provide engineering services across a broad range of facilities. The project includes a 9-storey office block, an apartment block, and a 12-storey 270-bed hotel, with car parking and an attractive public plaza. The use of a brown-field site – a former car park with underpass within a busy roundabout – made a positive contribution to inner city regeneration.
