Nendrum College, Comber

 

A new campus developed on a confined site for the amalgamation of two adjacent schools, both of which remained operational without incident throughout construction.

Building is three storey, structural steel framed on piled foundations with retaining structures to introduce the building into the existing sloping site.

Procured using the PFI / PPP.
