A private development in Belfast city centre incorporating 85 apartments and double storey basement car park with 44 spaces. It is adjacent to the listed Headline building, which is currently used for office space and which was required to be underpinned prior to piling on the site of the new development.
The double-storey basement car park has a secant-bored pile wall and the main building has a reinforced concrete frame utilising flat slab construction and incorporating three transfer levels. The superstructure is stone clad with cantilever steel framed balconies.
