TAYLOR+BOYD’s civil engineering teams are directed by experienced Chartered Engineers, delivering thoughtful solutions across a range of project sectors. We specialise in designing and providing new civil engineering infrastructure within project sites, typically including:

– Drainage: design of below-ground storm & foul collection network within the site, assessment & incorporation of SuDS (e.g. attenuation systems, filtration, swales etc.), liaising with local authorities regarding storm and wastewater connections, and submission to statutory bodies for agreements, such as stormwater offsetting and requisition works.

– Surfaces: designing internal roads, parking and surfacing, and liaising with local authorities to agree roads network access, egress and Adoptions.

– Levels: performing cut and fill assessments to minimise spoil removal, setting site levels to suit the proposed site development, and identifying requirements for boundary structures
