Radiotherapy Centre, Altnagelvin Hospital

 

New-build radiotherapy centre and alterations to chemotherapy unit within the existing acute hospital site.

The project included the relocation of existing plant and accommodation on the designated site to free the site for construction of the new unit.

The main building comprises consultation and treatment areas including four radiotherapy bunkers, ward and office accommodation, plant rooms and an underground car park. New access roads, tunnelled pathways and site services were provided.
